Refunds

Mending will refund any premium charges paid if a Member requests to cancel his or her Agreement within 10 days after its delivery. If Mending cancels coverage pursuant to State and Federal law, with proper notice to the Member and any designated third party, any unused premium funds will be returned.

Fraud, Waste and Abuse
