We've made it easy for you to access all your health insurance information online through the Mending Member Portal! Within 24-48 hours of signing up, you will automatically be granted access to create an account for your own member portal. Setting up your member portal account is easy and just takes a few minutes.

To register and set up your Mending Member Portal:

1. Head to app.mending.com‍
2. Click on the "First time here? Setup your account" on the left-hand side.
3. Fill in the required information to create your account. Your "Issuer Subscriber ID" is your Member ID and can be found in your Welcome to Mending email, your Mending invoice, or on the front of your Mending insurance card.

It's that easy! Once you're done, you'll have quick and convenient access to all your important information like ID cards, premium payments, claim status, and even the ability to set up AutoPay.

Vision Benefits

If you cover any children under the age of 19 on your Mending plan, they have access to VSP’s network of vision care providers every 12 months for an eye exam and vision hardware if needed. You will need to create a VSP account to manage these benefits by following these steps:

2. Click "Create an Account"
3. Use your SSN and fill in the required information to create your account
